Residential sales and private rentals
Our client base extends to over 2,000 agents ranging from large estate agency chains to independent estate agent firms across England and Wales. Being a wholly owned subsidiary of LMS we benefit from being a preferred supplier of the NAEA and also the preferred supplier of EPCs to a number of high profile estate agency companies.
From October 2008 it is mandatory for all rental properties to have a valid EPC. With ERS’ precise accuracy and up-to-the-minute technology we provide a full range of specialist services to the private rental sector. We are also continually increasing the skills of our DEAs through continuous professional development to ensure we meet the needs of estate agents and letting agents.
Social housing
Having gained experience in 2007 working with numerous housing associations and local authorities during the CLG pilot scheme, we now include a number of larger registered social landlords and local authorities as our clients. We are ideally placed to carry out EPC instructions for local authorities and registered social landlords either on a change of tenant or in the case of a stock transfer.
