Managing Director
Paul joined the team in January 2007 as Managing Director of the original survey, valuation and energy divisions
of LMS. Before joining the company, Paul established himself in several high-profile roles within Egg Bank, Direct
Valuations and SP Property Services before seizing upon the opportunities offered by this role. Having now
successfully created ERS as a separately branded arm of LMS it is Paul’s vision to expand on this accomplishment
and ensure ERS becomes the market leader within the industry.
Business Development Manager
Joanna joined the company in August 2005 working within the survey and valuation division. As one of the original team to create the energy division, she recruited the workforce of employed DEAs and built the panel of independent DEAs.
Before joining the company, Joanna gained experience in sales and marketing roles in both consumer and business to business products and services.
Joanna now has responsibility for business development within ERS, ensuring we have a strategy across the residential sales, private rental and social housing markets.
Business Development Manager
Sean joined the team in 2006 as Business Development Manager for the Survey and Valuation division of LMS.
Prior to this, Sean worked for 10 years with e.surv as a senior staff member within the valuation panel management department and later as Business Development Manager.
Sean has a wide knowledge of the survey and valuation industry, specialising in client management. His aim is to ensure that the expectations of all ERS’ clients are exceeded and will endeavour to grow the brand across all areas.
Operations Manager
Alexa joined the company in 2006 and now manages the contact centre based at our head office.
Prior to joining the company, Alexa worked in the surveying department at Abbey and subsequently became the Process Manager, developing an in-depth knowledge of the housing industry.
Alexa is dedicated to maintaining ERS’ success, ensuring service level agreements and resources are made as efficient as possible.
Operations Manager
Lesley joined the company in 1998 as Operations Manager responsible for the survey and valuation and panel management office in Northampton.
Prior to this Lesley spent 15 years with Nationwide Building Society, initially as a branch manager and latterly at their head office managing the repossessions business.
Lesley has a vast knowledge of the valuation industry and will use this to continue growing and developing the business.
Regional Manager (North)
David joined the company in 2007 as Northern Regional Manager to mentor the northern DEA workforce through training to accreditation.
David has previously had a variety of management roles including Financial & IT Director of a retail organisation and Operations and Software Development Director of a large software house. David recently moved into property development and is a qualified Home Inspector.
David’s aims are to provide support and assistance to his team and be part of the growth and success of ERS.
Regional Manager (South)
Rob joined ERS as Southern Regional Manager in April 2007 responsible for training and supporting the DEAs through their assessments and accreditation.
Prior to joining ERS, Rob had senior Compliance and Sales Management positions within the Financial Services sector and is a qualified Home Inspector.
Through support and continual development of the DEA workforce, Rob aims to build a professional and knowledgeable team of DEAs.
Technical Surveyor
Gareth joined the company in the early stages of DEA recruitment and qualification to provide additional training drawing on his vast experience.
As a qualified RICS Chartered Surveyor for over 30 years, Gareth’s practical and vocational experience has been essential in the development of the DEAs policies and procedures and continued personal development.
Gareth intends to maintain the highest possible standards ensuring current and future regulations are met and ERS offers the most accurate and compliant service right across the business. He will continue to audit the surveying panel for quality on all reports.
IT Development Manager
Daniel joined ERS as IT Manager in April 2007 and created the IT infrastructure to support ERS’ staff. He has since taken on the role of IT Development Manager.
Daniel has spent time as an Infrastructure Manager and IT Contractor to the legal sector. He is a qualified Cisco Network Professional and Microsoft Systems Engineer and has extensive Networking and Linux experience.
Daniel's development responsibilities are to ensure that ERS can offer forward thinking IT solutions to support its rapidly growing operational requirements.
IT Manager
Rob started in October 2007 taking over the management of the IT systems and IT support team.
In his previous roles, Rob was the Infrastructure Manager for Capital One UK Home Loans, Special Project Manager at Hfs and the Senior IT Instructor at Xpertise Training. In addition, Rob has gained 23 separate MCP qualifications in a broad range of technical disciplines.
Rob intends to make continued improvements to the IT infrastructure to increase connectivity, flexibility and resilience to allow the company to grow as required.
