Floor Plans

Either on their own or in conjunction with an EPC, all our DEAs are trained to draw up floor plans on any property type. When combined with an EPC, this is done in the same visit ensuring minimal disruption to the occupier and a more efficient service to you. Our DEAs work with Metropix so by instructing ERS to undertake your floor plan you will receive the floor plan back within 24 hours and have complete sign off on the document, giving you peace of mind that you are compliant with the Property Misdescriptions Act. We simply take away the hassle of an additional visit for you.

We carry out the floor plan using the same cutting edge technology as we use for our EPCs.
