We have a highly qualified in-house technical team to help us achieve the highest possible standards
across our energy and survey & valuation departments.
The team has been instrumental in developing our DEA expertise and has established our DEA policies
and procedures to help us deliver the very best possible service. They have created an in-house manual
for our DEAs that is regularly reviewed and updated. The manual covers areas such as:
- Health & safety
- Risk assessment
- Lone working policies
- Training
- Auditing
Approximately 20% of our EPCs are audited using a very specific process that makes use of a scoring
mechanism to ensure our high standards are being maintained.
Our technical team are responsible for auditing our panel of surveyors and have a £2 million P.I.
The team is continually working towards enhancing and improving the service we provide to ensure we are second to none.
