1st October 2008 saw the introductory of EPCs for all properties. With ERS' precise accuracy and up-to-the-minute
technology we provide a full range of specialist services to the private rental sector. We are also continually
increasing the skills of our DEAs through continuous professional development to ensure we meet the needs of estate
agents and letting agents.
We work with some of the UK's leading letting agencies and landlords, providing services designed to meet their
business requirements, including EPCs, floor plans and photographs either as stand alone products or combined
and undertaken in one visit.
