ERS photographs can be included as part of the EPC or can completed as a stand alone service.
A number of our DEAs have undertaken the extensive training required to take professional,
quality photographs so we are able to offer this service throughout England & Wales.
You can rest assured that the DEAs are using the latest high technology equipment and are
fully briefed on your requirements before they undertake the appointment.
One of our schedulers will contact the occupier and advise them of the process the DEA will
go through and make recommendations on how to prepare the property for the photographs.
This also gives the occupier the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
If you have specific requirements that you would like our DEAs to work to, we will advise
the DEA of these before the appointment is undertaken.
Once the DEA arrives at the property they will take photographs of the property including,
front of the house, living room, kitchen, master bedroom, dining room, garden, conservatory
(where applicable) and any other rooms that may be of interest. They will take a number of
photographs of each room to ensure there is a selection to choose from.
Once they have completed the service they will upload the images to enable head office access.
Our team will quality check the photographs before releasing them for access.
The photographs will be available within 24 hours of the appointment being completed.
