The Management Team at ERS is headed by Paul Staley – Managing Director.
Paul joined the team in January 2007 as Managing Director of the original survey, valuation and energy divisions of LMS.
Before joining the company, Paul established himself in several high-profile roles within Egg Bank, Direct Valuations and
SP Property Services before seizing upon the opportunities offered by this role.
Paul is supported by a team of 8 managers, all of which have substantial experience of the financial and property industries
and include some of the UK’s leading lenders and financial institutions and leading property service providers amongst their
previous employers. With a combined management experience that gives strength and maturity to a relatively young company,
Paul has created and maintains one of the UK’s leading providers of EPCs.
The team places heavy emphasis on developing and growing its technology, product offering and customer base whilst ensuring
existing clients remain at the core of service delivery. The combined effort of this professional, strategic, dynamic team
makes ERS one of the most vibrant, market leading companies within the industry.
