A Home Condition Report (HCR) contains information about the physical condition of a property.
Currently a HCR is a voluntary document that can be legally included as part of a HIP.
The report indicates at an early stage whether any repair work needs to take place on the property.
HCRs can only be compiled by a Home Inspector, as the reports require an in-depth knowledge
and understanding of the construction and defects of a range of properties.
ERS have directly employed Home Inspectors who are experienced in producing HCRs.
You can be sure that your report is being compiled by a highly qualified and reliable
inspector who will undertake the report as a stand alone document which includes the EPC.
