You can instruct ERS for EPCs, floor plans and photographs. Each can be undertaken as a stand alone
service, a combination of two or all three. Instructing all three means just one visit to the property
and enables you to make considerable cost savings!
ERS floor plans can be instructed as part of the EPC or on their own. All of our DEAs are trained to draw
floor plans on any property type. When combined with an EPC, this is done in the same visit ensuring minimal
disruption to the occupier and a more efficient service to you.
The floor plan will be uploaded and available to view within 24 hours of the appointment being undertaken.
Using the same cutting edge technology as we use for our EPCs, you can be confident that ERS floor plans can
be tailored to your requirements.
You can change the various settings including – size of text and the font style, wall bevel size (thickness of
walls), pattern in the floor plan and many others.
ERS floor plans can also be delivered to fit specific sizing within your particulars. If you have a
designated space in all of your particulars to fit the floor plans, we can custom the image to this size,
so the image can slot straight into your document.
You are able to preview any of the settings you make to your floor plans and can amend before saving your
settings and going live. This enables you to be fully comfortable with your image and style before instructing
any floor plans. You are also able to amend these settings at any time by going through the process again
