We have our own directly employed DEAs covering all postcode areas within England & Wales.
In support of our internal capacity we also have access to a panel of over 200 DEAs from
specially selected third party suppliers, should we need to increase our capacity at short notice.
Our DEAs work to high service standards and are continually monitored and audited to ensure
performance levels are maintained. We regularly audit our DEA panel using management information
and extensive statistics. Our Head of Assessors is a fully qualified Home Inspector that is
trained to help with any areas of development and to support our DEAs.
All our DEAs are accredited through the Northgate accreditation scheme. As part of this scheme,
all DEAs are required to undertake 20 hours of Continual Professional Development (CPD) per year.
At ERS, we insist all our DEAs complete 40 hours CPD per year, consisting of both internal and
external training.
