ERS is able to provide level 3, 4 and 5 CEPCs on either a directly quoted price or on the basis of a time and
materials contract giving clients confidence that they only pay for the time it takes to complete the work.

company, we are well placed to provide full client support including project management throughout the life-cycle
of the contract with direct communication to your estates manager. This capability extends to taking instructions
in bulk in order to place them onto our system for clients to track the status of the work.
