This sector is possibly the most diverse covered by the Energy Performance and Buildings Directive, and can
include anything from a small retail store measuring 51m2 to a vast industrial unit or high-rise office
block and anything in between.
With both directly employed Commercial Energy Assessors and a quality checked panel, we are able to meet the
needs of all sizes of clients from small commercial estate agents to large property management
companies, retail parks and organisations with a large portfolio of owned properties.
ERS is able to provide level 3, 4 and 5 CEPCs on either a directly quoted price or on the basis of a time and
materials contract giving clients confidence that they only pay for the time it takes to complete the work.
With the size and scale of the organisation and our background in managing large complex project with our parent
company, we are well placed to provide full client support including project management throughout the life-cycle
of the contract with direct communication to your estates manager. This capability extends to taking instructions
in bulk in order to place them onto our system for clients to track the status of the work.
