
DEAs
We have over 100 directly employed DEAs covering all postcode areas within England & Wales that are managed by 2 regional Managers and 12 regional team leaders. In support of our internal capacity we also have access to a panel of over 200 DEAs from specially selected third party suppliers, should we need to increase our capacity at short notice.
Our DEAs work to high service standards and are continually monitored and audited to ensure performance levels are maintained. We regularly audit our DEA panel using management information and extensive statistics. Our Regional Managers are fully qualified Home Inspectors that are trained to help with any areas of development or support our DEAs need.
All our DEAs are accredited through the Northgate accreditation scheme. As part of this scheme, all DEAs are required to undertake 20 hours of Continual Professional Development (CPD) per year. At ERS, we insist all our DEAs complete 40 hours CPD per year, consisting of both internal and external training.
