Northampton

All survey and valuation work is handled by our Northampton office.

The team here are the primary contacts for our lender and packager clients. They are responsible for managing our 2000 survey firms and panelling additional EPC work via Quest & Xit2 to our external DEA firms.


Head office 

Our highly professional staff based in our head office contact centre are responsible for scheduling all of our EPC requests.

We have one dedicated scheduler for every 5 DEAs to ensure they have full office support. Each scheduler arranges a suitable time with the vendor for the DEA to undertake the EPC, they diarise the appointment for the DEA and using route mapping software they plan the DEAs route from appointment to appointment. Our DEAs rely on this support to ensure they are constantly meeting our service standards.
