ERS - Energy Reports and Surveys Limited is one of the UK’s largest providers of energy reports and valuations. We have recruited, trained and directly employed over 100 high calibre Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) and are continually increasing their skills to provide a full range of services to the housing industry.  To support this we also have a panel of surveyors, valuers and DEAs.

From single property portfolios to those with a large housing portfolio ERS has a tried and tested infrastructure set up to coordinate and manage EPCs in volume at competitive prices and to the highest possible standards.

With our considerable investment in recruitment, training and technology we are able to deal with over 400,000 instructions per year across all postcodes throughout England and Wales.
